Surprise,Surprise!
This past week we had a little incident at the bird farm. We are guessing about 10 to 15 Thousand birds got out! Some how the door was either, left open\wasn't shut all the way, or someone left it open on purpose? Hmmm...
In the past we have normally put locks on the doors but,this being the beginning of the season, we hadn't quite gotten to it yet...which we are now wishing we did. The last person that was there was Sure they had closed the door,which is why we are suspecting someone had opened it. We still aren't sure how it happened?
So, now the fun begins... trying to gather and catch as many birds as we can, without them flying away. So grab your Nets and Catch boxes and lets GO!
These are just a few photos of them out and us trying to gather them... But this is just a little taste of what we had to deal with.
Thankfully, we have caught a whole lot more then what we had planned on. Which is a Huge Blessing!

So,yes, I guess you could say it was a Big surprise to pull in to see thousands of bird just walking around 😅 Mini heart attack.
Its been a stressful week but we've pulled through it. Also if you are wondering,Yes! We have locks on the doors now! lol
